These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Brockenhurst VIP Cars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Brockenhurst VIP Cars provides private hire vehicle services including, but not limited to:

  • Airport and seaport transfers
  • Local and long-distance journeys
  • Corporate and executive travel
  • Pre-booked private transport services

All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings

  1. All bookings must be made in advance via telephone, email or our website.
  2. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via email or SMS.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate journey details, including pick-up address, destination, flight numbers and contact information.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

3. Payments & Fares

  1. Prices are agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  2. All fares are quoted in GBP (£).
  3. Additional charges may apply for:
    • Extra waiting time
    • Additional stops
    • Parking, tolls or congestion charges
  4. Payment must be made using the agreed payment method prior to or at the time of the journey.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

  1. Cancellations or changes must be notified as soon as possible.
  2. Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given prior to the scheduled journey time.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including vehicle issues, driver illness, severe weather or road conditions.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

  1. While we aim to be punctual, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents or airport delays.
  2. Waiting time may be charged if a passenger is not ready at the agreed pick-up time without prior notice.
  3. For airport pickups, reasonable waiting time is included unless otherwise stated.

6. Passenger Conduct

  1. Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle at all times.
  2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  3. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the responsible passenger.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  1. Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage is suitable for the booked vehicle.
  2. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in their return.
  3. Pets must be declared at the time of booking and may be refused without prior notice.

8. Licensing & Insurance

  1. All drivers are fully licensed and insured in accordance with UK private hire regulations.
  2. Vehicles are maintained to a high standard and comply with all legal safety requirements.

9. Liability

  1. Brockenhurst VIP Cars shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
  2. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fare paid for the journey in question.

10. Data Protection

  1. Personal information provided during booking is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
  2. Your data will only be used to manage your booking and provide our services.

11. Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted as soon as possible with full details so we can investigate promptly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
